A few days in New York last week.
Was it Buisness or Pleasure?
Pleasurable Business or,
the Business of Pleasure?
Abraham Lincoln once referred to da NYC
as "The Countries Front Door."
Well, my buddy took me for a Lil' walk,
on the East Side, an this is what I saw:
Finally got to see Cooper Union,
the site of Lincoln's famous speech,
Union Square, Thonpson Square Park,
The Ave's, St Mark's Pl., . . .
Soup, Coffee, Sangria.
Later, Meat Packing Streets at Nite,
Spent all Day an Nite.
I like my buddy.

Poloroids!

I'm going to show a collection of Poloroids from three bodies of work, 2000-2010.

The 4 x 5 print format is the smallest I work in and I use the largest and most archaic piece of equipment I have to accomplish this. There are lot's of unknowns: out-of-date film stock, sticky shutters, etc, but the results are rewarding.

See you there!
